Meet James Rigor

The driving force behind ROE Leader, whose journey in sales is as real as it gets. From humble beginnings in software sales to navigating the complexities of revenue operations, enablement, and solutions engineering, James has walked the walk. At Crunchbase, he played a key role in boosting the company's ARR from $20M to $60M and securing a substantial $50M Series D funding round.

His time at Wildfire Interactive was no less impactful. Leading sales development efforts, James helped generate an impressive $15M+ in pipeline per month. Witnessing the company's growth from 50 to 300 employees in just 18 months, James had a first-hand experience during the acquisition by Google for over $300M. As an accomplished Account Executive, James has sold over $4M in net new ARR across various SaaS platforms, including Leadspace, Visual.ly, and DataSift.

Born in the Philippines and raised in the Bay Area, James now calls Honolulu, Hawaii, home. Here, he sees an opportunity to connect companies looking to expand globally. Entrepreneurship has always been James's dream. Embracing the flexibility of fractional work, he's thrilled to tackle multiple projects in various roles. Outside of work, James enjoys the simple pleasures: spending time with his dog (Mochi), lacing up his boxing gloves, and has found a new passion in paddling outrigger canoes.
